Conditions of sale

In case of purchase, a contract of sale is concluded between the Buyer and Skyward Tunnel Ltd. as the Seller.

The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days as provided by law or terminate the contract if the service has not yet been used. In this case, the Seller shall charge 50% of the purchase price as handling costs and return the remaining 50% to the Buyer.

After 14 days, the Buyer cannot withdraw or cancel the contract!

The purchased service is freely transferable!

The price of the service does not include the price of the video recordings, which Skyward Tunnel Ltd. will make and provide to its guests as a gift!

The expiry date of the voucher for the purchased service can be extended once within the expiry date in justified cases, after which it can only be used for a surcharge!

Change of reservation

The booked date can be changed 48 hours before the reservation without extra charge. 24 hours before the reservation with 20% extra charge. 12 hours before the reservation the date can not be changed!

I declare and acknowledge my purchase:

"I acknowledge that the Skyward Tunnel Kft.([registered office: 1211 Budapest, Szérűraktár u. 53.) is the data controller of the

will be transferred to OTP Mobil Kft. as the data processor. The personal data of my mobile payment service

the following data are transferred by the data processor: 

First and last name of the user

User's e-mail address

User's first and last name

User's first and last name

User's name and surname

User's address
