Data protection

Our customers' data is stored on servers encrypted by secure software. We manage access to your data and the provision of your data to third parties using security procedures that comply with Hungarian data protection laws, thus preventing unauthorised access. Our company SKYWARD Tunnel Kft. is responsible for the secure handling of your personal data. This data is used for the processing and tracking of orders.

 Data processing

This Privacy Policy applies to the handling and processing of personal data related to the registration and electronic delivery of the Newsletter of SKYWARD Tunnel Ltd. The Data Controller undertakes to act in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice in its data management activities.

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy by making the current version of the Privacy Policy available to the public on its website at www.skyward.hu/content/privacy.

The User is the person who, by providing his/her data, is entitled to place an order on the website www.skyward.hu and has subscribed to the SKYWARD Tunnel Kft. Newsletter Service. You can subscribe to the Newsletter Service in person, with the consent form attached to this Privacy Policy. The Newsletter Service is a free service of SKYWARD Tunnel Ltd., which aims to inform interested parties about current discounts and promotions of SKYWARD Tunnel Ltd.

By subscribing to the newsletter of SKYWARD Tunnel Kft., the User, after having read this Privacy Policy, gives his/her explicit and voluntary consent to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Information Act").

Principles, legal basis and purpose of data processing

The Data Controller shall process only the User's personal data as defined in this Privacy Notice, in accordance with the purpose limitation principle, only in the manner, for the time and for the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice.

The Controller shall take all necessary technical and organisational measures (in particular daily local and remote backup, monitoring of servers, provision of redundant tools) to ensure the security of the personal data provided throughout the entire processing, against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, transmission, disclosure, erasure or destruction, accidental destruction or damage and inaccessibility due to changes in the technology used.

Who can access the data

The Data Controller does not use a data processor in the operation of the Newsletter Service, but reserves the right to use a data processor.

The Data Controller does not forward personal data related to the operation of the Newsletter Service to third parties, however, courts, prosecutors, investigating authorities, law enforcement authorities, administrative authorities, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, or other bodies authorized by law may request information, disclosure or transfer of data. On the basis of the request of these bodies, the Data Controller shall provide the personal data necessary for the purpose of the request, specifying the exact purpose and the scope of the data.

Duration of processing and processing

The Data Controller is entitled to process and treat the personal data provided by the User from the moment the User signs the declaration of consent to the processing until the moment the User unsubscribes from the service.

The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter Service at any time. Unsubscription is possible by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

By unsubscribing, the User withdraws his/her consent to the processing and processing of his/her personal data, so that Grt. Rights in relation to data processing

The User may request information from the Data Controller about the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with Articles 14 and 15 of the Info Act, and may request the rectification of his/her personal data and - with the exception of mandatory data processing - the erasure or blocking of his/her personal data via the following electronic contact details of the Data Controller:

Upon the User's request, the Data Controller shall provide information on the personal data processed in relation to the User in connection with the Newsletter Service, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, the legal basis and the recipient of any data transfer. The Data Controller shall provide the information requested by the User within the shortest possible period of time from the submission of the request, but not later than 30 days. In the event of refusal to provide information, the Data Controller shall inform the User in writing of the legal provision on the basis of which the information was refused. In the event of refusal to provide information, the Data Controller shall inform the User of the possibility of judicial remedy and that the User may also apply to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

The Data Controller shall delete the User's personal data processed in connection with the Newsletter Service if the processing is unlawful; the purpose of the processing has ceased; or the statutory period for storing the data has expired; or the court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information has ordered it; or the processing is incomplete or inaccurate - and this situation cannot be lawfully remedied - provided that deletion is not precluded by law.

The User shall also have the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the Info Act. If the Data Controller establishes that the User's objection is justified, it shall terminate the processing and block the data. If the User does not agree with the decision taken by the Controller on the basis of his/her objection, the User may take legal action in accordance with the conditions set out in the Info Act.

Remedies

If the Data Controller does not provide the User with the information in writing within 30 days of the submission of the request for information, and if the deletion, blocking or rectification of personal data does not take place within 30 days, and if the Data Controller does not comply with the User's request for rectification, blocking or deletion and does not provide the reasons for the refusal in writing within 30 days, the User has the right to exercise legal remedies.

If the User does not agree with the decision of the Data Controller on the request, the User may appeal to a court within 30 days of its notification.

 The User may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in relation to the Data Controller's data management practices.

Information about ordering

When you make a reservation, you will be asked to provide your name, address, e-mail address and of course your telephone number, which we may need if we need to reach you in case of a problem with the service of your order. If you have ordered your gifts by courier service, this number will be used to arrange delivery.

In case of online payment by credit card, your credit card details are not stored on the SKYWARD booking page, but are entered on the PayU interface. It is IMPORTANT that these data are not visible to SKYWARD's booking system and of course will not be received later.

SKYWARD Tunnel Ltd. will generate statistics from the statements generated from the bookings. These statistics do not, of course, contain any data that could be used to identify our customers. In the course of its operations, SKYWARD cooperates with subcontractors, which perform certain tasks on its behalf. These tasks may include: marketing activities, fulfilling orders, delivering parcels, mailing letters and sending e-mails, modifying and analysing data. Our subcontractors will only have access to the data they need to do their job. The data will not be used or traded for any other purpose and will be processed in accordance with Hungarian data protection laws.
